Obituary for Edward Vincent Byrne.

Mr. Edward Vincent Byrne, age 82, of Milford, passed away on Saturday July 1, 2006 in Milford Hospital. Son of the late Edward and Alvina Byrne, he was born on October 23, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from Fordam Uniiversity, NY a US Navy Commander of the minesweeper vessel in the pacific during WWII. Mr. Byrne was a Professor of Biology in New Rochelle High School, NY. He was beloved friend and devoted neighbor.
A mass of chirsian Burial will be held on thurday, July 6 at 9:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 70 gulf St., Milford. Interment to follow in CT State Veteran's Cemetery, Middletown. Friends may call on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Cody-White funeral home, 107 Broad St in the green, Milford. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fordham Family Memorial Scholoarship Fund, Fordham University, Office of Development and University Relations, 113 West 60th St., New York, NY 10023-7471
