William J. Underwood, sixty-four years old, a former resident of Minneapolis and until recently general manager of the St. Paul road, died at Wauwatosa, a suburb of Milwaukee. Mr. Underwood, who was a brother of Fred B. Underwood, president of the Erie railroad, owned a large stock farm at Farmington, this state, and spent much of his time here.”
