Ruth M. Cooper, 73, was a daughter of the late Dailey and Vesta Andrews Milligan. A lifetime local resident, she was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, West Columbia Ward and the Relief Society.
Surving are husband, Burts L. Cooper, Jr., daughter Lin White of Jacksonville, FL, sons, Gerald Michael Cooper of Lexington, Scott Anthony Cooper of West Columbia, Paul Phillip Cooper of West Columbia; and 7 grandchildren. She was predeceased by son, Burts Lee Cooper, III, sister, Estelle Lindler; brothers, James Milligan, Otto Milligan, Jessee Milligan, George Milligan, and Joseph Milligan.
