DEATH OF MRS. ALTMAN
Mrs. H.A. Altman died Thursday at 5:30 at her home on Union street. The death of Mrs. Altman is one of the saddest that has occurred for a long time, as she leaves a husband and eight young children to mourn her loss. The sympathy of our citizens will especially be with the heart broken husband who is almost prostrated with grief.
Mr. and Mrs. Altman were married Oct. 4, 1884, in Edina, Mo., and have eight children, one of them a babe only five weeks old.
The funeral will take place Thursday morning from the Catholic church, Rev. Father Clementine officiating.
Henry Sandknop, father of Mrs. Altman; Mrs. Bertha Haves, her sister, arrived from Edina, Mo., this afternoon to attend the funeral.
