FLORENCE LOOS

Age 80, died Wednesday June 6, 2001. She was born February 17, 1921 to the late Henry and Elizabeth (Adams) Felauer in Appleton. Florence married Oscar W. Loos on September 14, 1939 in Appleton, he preceded her in death on March 7, 1997. In her younger years, Florence cherished the many hours of fishing she shared with Oscar. She also enjoyed reading, bird-watching and cultivating her flower garden.
She is survived by two sons: Daniel (Mary) Loos and Craig Loos; two grandchildren: Melissa (Gary) Verkuilen and Kyle Loos; two great-grandchildren: Joshua and Nathan Verkuilen; a brother, Norman (Norma) Felauer; three sisters: Francis Kelley, Donna Mullen and Monica Arnold.
She was preceded indeath by her stepmother, Rosella Felauer. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday June 8, 2001 at HIGHLAND MEMORIAL PARK, Star of Hope Chapel. 3131 Richmond Street, Appleton with Pastor Tom L. Fritz officiating. Visitation will be Friday at the CHAPEL from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
