Faye Bradford shared information that " Enoch was a brother to my 3rd great grandfather Hensley Carpenter. Family records state only that Enoch and Sarah were buried in a small cemetery in a field close to the old Presb. Church on Old Brick Rd."
Enoch lead a wagon train of 13 wagons from Amherst Va. To Franklin Co. Alabama.
James Carpenter and his 2nd wife Mahala Mays came with them. This was around 1812. James was my great, great, great grandfather.
