They were the parents of eight children. He lived in Salem Township, Muskingum Co., Ohio in 1850. He died on 23 June 1867, in Zanesville, Muskingum, Ohio, United States, at the age of 83, and was buried in Bowers Cemetery, Sonora, Muskingum Co., Ohio.
