Death of Mrs. J. K Shults
The many friends of J. K. Shults will sympathize with him in the loss of h's wife, who died at their home on West Magnolia street last Wednesday morning, after an illness of several months.
While her death was not unexpected, it came as a surprise to many who thought she was improving.
Mrs. Shults was born in Oh'o sixty-six years ago. Later she liver in Missouri, then in Iowa, in which latter state she was married to Mr. Shults, at the age of 19.
They resided in South Dakota, Iowa and Georgia during their married life, their residence in Fitzgerald extending from colony days.
Mrs. Shu'ts was a Christian during the most of her life. When first coming to th's city she did a great deal of active work in the Salvation Army. Later she united with the First Methodist church in which she remained a consistent member until the time of her death. Her's is the first death to occur in the membersh'p of this church under the present pastor's service of nearly two years.
Mrs. Shu'ts leaves, besides her husband in this city, several children in the north to mourn her decease. The funeral services will be he'd Friday a 2 p. m. at the First Methodist church.
