MELBOURNE — Robert Dean Bull, 71, of Melbourne died Sunday, July 25, 2010, in Salem.

Born March 26, 1939, in Boswell, he was the son of George Wiley Bull and Beatrice Della Bruce Bull. He was united in marriage to Velma Hansen on Aug. 19, 1960, in Seattle. He was a heavy equipment operator and truck driver.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Eugene Bull of Melbourne; a daughter, Retha Schubert of McAlester, Okla.; two grandchildren, Brent Lancaster of Yellville and Nicholas Bull of Melbourne; four great-grandchildren, Destiny Markowski, Emily Lancaster, Michael Cottier and Katie Cottier; and a cousin, Billy Bruce of Melbourne.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and twin brothers, Dale Bull and Gale Bull.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Lone Star Cemetery near Melbourne. Arrangements are by Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.

Pallbearers will be Pete Edwards, D.R. Edwards, Lee Arnold, Charles Gist, John Gist, John Stevens and Quinton Cohoon.

Honorary pallbearers are Shane Edwards, Tim Edwards and Mike Cohoon.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight.
