Funeral services for Mrs. Phoebe Lintner, 74, wife of William Lintner, Sr., 398 Harrison avenue, who died Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock in her home, will be held in the Wire Funeral home Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. H.J. Weber, pastor of St. Matthew's Evangelical church will be in charge.
She was the daughter of Henry and Marie (Michael) Gemmer born in Huntington county on Oct. 14, 1867. She attended the Huntington county schools and on Dec. 3, 1893 was married to William Lintner who survives.
Other survivors are seven children, Miss Helen Lintner, Lawrence, Paul and William Jr., all of Wabash, Miss Marie Lintner of Indianapolis and Howard Lintner of Detroit; a brother, Phillip Gemmer of Huntington; and four grandchildren. Her parents, one son, four sisters, and one brother preceded her in death.
Mrs. Lintner was a member of St. Matthew's Evangelical church and belonged to the Ladies Aid Society.
The body was taken to the Wire Funeral home where friends may call. The casket will be closed for the funeral services.
