Norman Richard "Dick" Renner, 78, Bellevue, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008 at the Nebraska Veterans Home in Bellevue. He was born July 15, 1930 to Norman William Renner and Alice Leona (Tigner) Renner at Plattsmouth.

Renner married Patricia Ann Laughlin April 1, 1956 at Bellevue.

Surviving are a daughter, Martha Campbell and husband Dennis, Plattsmouth; two sons, Mike Renner, Memphis, Tenn. and Mitchell Renner and wife Tina, Plattsmouth; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a brother, Merle Renner and wife Kathy, Plattsmouth; an uncle, Dale Tigner, Ocala, Fla.; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Patricia Renner and daughter-in-law, Barbara (Babbit) Renner.

Memorial services were held Monday Sept. 22 at Roby Funeral Home Chapel at Plattsmouth with Pastor Michael McGregor officiated. Internment was at Oak Hill Cemetery at Plattsmouth with military rites given by the Lepert Wolever V.F.W. Post #2543.
