Funeral services for David Dwane Hundley, 19, of Orem, who died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 1975 at Utah State Training School in American Fork of a sudden illness, will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the Berg Drawing Room Chapel of Provo.

He was born Feb. 25, 1956 in Provo to John D. and Sherrie Ahlstrom Hundley.

He attended Utah Valley Care and Training Center and has been residing at Utah State Training School for the past seven years. He was a member of the LDS Church and attended seminary at the school.

Survivors include his parents; four brothers and one sister, Eric, Paul, Dale and Steven Hundley, all of Orem; Mrs. Oriel Navasie, Keams Canyon, Ariz., grandparents,
Dwane Ahlstrom [and Grace Olsen Ahlstrom] and Lola Hundley, both of Provo.

Friends may call at the mortuary Monday prior to services and burial will be in Provo City Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to Birch Cottage, Utah State Training School, in David's name.
