JUDY LYNN BALLARD, 28, of Loretto, died at 12:15 p.m. March 7 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Louisville. She was born on May 16, 1952 in Louisville. Her father, Thomas Estel Ballard, preceded her in death. Survivors include: her mother, Mrs. Earnett Ballard of Loretto; one sister, Mrs. Johnnie "Bonnie Sue" Blair of New Hope; four brothers, Randel of Boston, Stanley of Loretto, Michael of Louisville and Dan Ballard of New Hope. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. March 10 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery. Rev. Marvin C. Rolfes officiated. Her four brothers served as pallbearers. Mattingly Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
