NETHERY, PAUL W., 82, of Fern Creek, died Friday, October 27, 2006. He was a retired bus driver for TARC, a former police officer for the City of Louisville, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of VFW and Clifton Heights Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Paul Nethery, Jr. He is survived by his wife, the former Jean Hart; children, Will Nethery (Lisa), Teresa Myers, Steve Nethery (Vicki), Judy Esteps (Carl) and Linda Haynes (Barry); daughter- in-law, Nancy Nethery; 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Roma Conn and Margie Humes. His funeral will be 2p.m. Monday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd., with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation is noon-6p.m. Sunday and after noon Monday. Memorial gifts may be given to his church.
