William Clark Arvin, 77 years old, died at 9 o'clock this morning at his farm home at Pink Hill, southeast of Buckner, where he has lived during the past thirty years.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Arvin of the home; and four sons, Tom Arvin, who lives near the home at Pink Hill; Roy Arvin, who is on duty with the Army in New Guinea; Ray Arvin, who is on duty with the Army at Pueblo, Colo.; and Jesse Arvin, who is on duty with the Army at Pearl Harbor, Ray Arvin and Roy Arvin are twins.

Funeral services will be held at the Pink Hill Church at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, and burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. The body will be at the home on Sunday and Monday.
