Graveside services for Kathryn Michelle Addis, six-day old daughter of Mr and Mrs. Gary Addis, 125 Turner, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday from Westlawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Charles Broadhurst of Calvary Baptist Church officiated.
Interment was under the direction of Minton Mortuary.
The infant died at 10 a.m. Friday in North Plains Hospital.
Surviving are the parents; grandparents, Mr. and Mr. V.D. Addis, Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Beckner, all of Borger; the great-grandmothers, Mrs. E.P. Settlemyre of Borger, Mrs. Mary Bohannon, Carter, Okla.
