Clarence was the son of Thomas G. Jones. He married Anna Marie Henry, widow of Franklin Henry, on July 19, 1929 in Lincoln County, Washington. She was the daughter of William R. Decker and wife Emma Claymon. They had no children together.

Rites Are Held
Clarence W. Jones, 81, passed away very suddenly from an apparent heart attack recently while feeding cattle in the home of his niece and nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Westphal. Mr. Jones had lived with the Westphals since 1965.
Clarence Jones was born on March 30, 1889 at Hartline, Wash. He homesteaded near Mold, Wash. in 1911 at 21 years of age and later added more land to his holdings and ranched in the same area for 56 years. He married Anna Henry in 1929 and she proceeded him in death in 1952.
He was a member of the Sims Corner Grange and attended church at Mold, Wash.
Funeral services were held from the Free Methodist Church in Tonasket with the Rev. John Cross officiating. Burial followed at the Tonasket Cemetery under the direction of the Barnes Funeral Service of Oroville.
Surviving are two step-children, Mrs. Fay Wilson and Frank Henry, both of Spokane; one sister, Mrs. Reba Lindie, Soap Lake; and three brothers, Griff and Frank Jones, both Tonasket; and Dave Jones, Soap Lake; and many nieces and nephews.
Three step-children proceeded him in death.
