PITTSBURG - Services for Richie Shaw Steger, 87, of Pittsburg, will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2009, at Erman Smith Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Heyduck officiating. Interment will be at 4 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2009, in Waldrop Cemetery. Arrangements are by Erman Smith Funeral Home. Mrs. Steger died June 14, 2009, in Pittsburg.
Mrs. Steger was born June 14, 1922, in Panola County. Survivors include her daughter, Sheila Kay Fambrough; brother, Richmond Shaw; 3 grandsons and 1 great granddaughter. She was preceeded in death by her husband, R.C. Steger and son Kenny Steger.
