cornie boggs, 66, of 851 s. third st. died at 1:15 p.m. saturday in Clinton County Hospital after a lingering illness., born in Morristown, Tennessee., on September, 5. 1912, she was a daughter of Houston and Sinda (Lovins) Vaughn., on January. 30, 1930., she married Finley Light., he died October. 31, 1942., on June. 19, 1944., she married Judge Finley Boggs., and he survives. She lived most of her life in Pennington Gap, Virginia., before moving to Elizaville and Sheridan in 1959., she had lived with her daughter Vella in Frankfort for the past three weeks. Mrs. Boggs was employed at the Carr Cabinet Co., Frankfort several years., she was a member of the Free Pentecotal Church of God. Louellen, Kentucky., other survivors include one son. Enoch B. (Sonny) Light of Hampton. South Carolina., three daughters. James (Vella) Houston of Frankfort,Indiana., Mrs. Donald (Delephine) Blazier of Hampton, South Carolina., Mrs. David (Loraine) Phelps of Labanon, Indiana., four step-sons. Buddy Paul Boggs. Brownsville, Tennessee., Clifford Boggs. Andalusia, Alibama., Lawrence Boggs., of Frankfort, Indiana., and Bobby Boggs of Sheridan, Indiana., three-daughters., Jean Maiden of Indianapolis, Indiana., Susan Middleton of Pennington,Gap, Virginia., Firrell Bledsoe of Appalachia, Virginia. 17 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren., and 35 step-grandchildren., services will be held at 2.p.m., today at the Free Pentecostal Church of God., in Louellen, Kentucky., burial will be at the Robbins Chapel Cemetery. Robbins Chapel, Virginia. Ellen Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
