Permelia was the daughter of Ephraim Jackson and Tabitha Leanor Waller,moving to Henry County Tennessee as a child and then to Graves County Kentucky in the 1850's with her parents. married John Wesley Burnham 23 Oct 1859 in Graves County Kentucky he was the son of John Burnham and Telitha Timmons they had two sons, Thomas Ephraim Burnham and John Wesley Burnham Jr...John Sr became sick in the war and was moved to Vicksburg, Mississippi and died there in July of 1862 (per the widow's penson documents). His brother also died in the war about 1862.
Permelia then married Solomon George before 1870, Solomon died before 1880.
