Birth: Jun. 15, 1727
New London County
Connecticut, USA
Death: Apr. 13, 1821
New London County
Connecticut, USA

William's parents were Stephen and Patience Fargo Maples of New London County, Connecticut.

His siblings were John; Stephen; Sarah; and Mary.

William married Prudence Comstock in Halifax County, Virgina in 1748. According to my records this union produced eight children: Josiah; Noah; John; Mary; Joseph; and William Comstock.

William then married Joanna Stebbins in 1769 in Lyme, New London County, Connecticut.

Again according to my records this marriage produced eleven children: Daniel; Lodovic; Joseph; Sarah; Lucretia; Jabez; Able; Isabel; Mercy; Eunice; and Eleanor.

Willam served in the American Revolution as a PS.

William was my 6th great-grandfather.
