GADSDEN -- Mrs. Laura Vianna Brown, 103, of 1945 Davis Drive, Gadsden, died Thursday in a local nursing home. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Carr Funeral Home in Boaz.
Burial will be in the Beulah Cemetery.
Survivors include three daughters, Mattie Lou Brown of South Carolina, Mildred Sanders of Gadsden and Dell Dewberry of Georgia; three brothers, Sam Graves, Albert Graves and Irby Graves, all of Georgia; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Obituary lists 3 daughters but Mattie Brown was a daughter-in-law, married to son, Kermit Brown who is buried at this cemetery. She had a total of 9 brothers, only one buried at this cemetery - Richard Graves, married to Callie Graves.
