Burial will follow in the Seville Cemetery in Wilcox County.

Mrs. Blackie, 62, died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Cordele, Ga. to the late James W. and Cleo Smith Cason. She was the widow of Harvey Blackie. She was a homemaker and member of Seville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children: Rhonda (John) Thomas, Scott Blackie and Gege (Robert) Song all of Gordon; her siblings: James M (Crystal) Cason of Woodstock; Frank (Isabelle) Cason of Tenneesse; Martha (Ken) of Woodstock; Mary (Buck) Clements of Augusta; Judy Cason of Augusta; and Frances (Ken) Wright of Sevierville, Tenn; and her grandchildren: Michael Blackie, Joshua Kaegi, Micheala Kaegi, Nicholas Song, Madison Song, Crystal Thomas, Jordan Thomas, Tanner Thomas and Joni Thomas.
