Died Thursday July 29, 1993 at North Oaks Medical Center North Campus. He was 74, a native of McComb, Miss. and a resident of Natalbany. He was a retired farmer and a U.S. Army verteran. Visiting was held at Geisler Funeral Home, Hammond, 6-10 Friday, with recitation of a rosary at 7 pm. Religious services at Geisler Funeral Home Chapel at 10 Am Saturday, conducted by Father Sis of OUr Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church. Interment in church cemetery. Suvived by a son, Sammie Buono, Natalbany, a sister, Mrs. Rose Pardo Morgan, Natalbany; three brothers, Joseph Pardo and Tony Pardo, both of Natalbany, and Vincent Pardo, Tickfaw; six grandchildren; an a great grand child. Preceded in death by wife, Mrs. Mercile Vivian Frane Buono and two sons, Vincent and Frank Buono. He was a member of Merry Makers, Italian American Society, and served in the Civilian Conservation Corps from 1935 to 1939
