Conrad Emil "Coon" Wiese was b. on a farm nr Gray Town in Lincoln Twp, Audubon County, Iowa. He was the son of Fredrich "Fred" & Matilda GOETSCH Wiese.
Conrad wed Myrtle HOLDSWORTH in August of 1924 (Harlan?) and by 1930, they were living at 1218 Graham Avenue in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
He lost his left arm when he was on broadway making a left turn when a guy sideswiped his car. He never had a decent job, after that.
He and Myrtie had 2 sons, Vernus and Virgil before they divorced at the beginning of WWII.
Myrtie went to Seattle and became one of the "Rosie the Riveter" in the one of the Portland ship yards.
Coon was living at 829-5th Avenue prior to his going into the Mercy Hospital, when he was told he had cancer.
He is buried with his close kin (Myrtle, Vernus & Babe, Vernus' wife and a space is there for Virgil) in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Council Bluffs, Iowa
