SOUTH BURLINGTON — Kenneth A. Daley, 65, of Airport Drive in South Burlington died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2001, in Fletcher Allen Health Care following a brief illness. He was born in Burlington on July 5, 1936, the son of John and Mildred (Bashaw) Daley. He attended Burlington schools. June 21, 1958, he was married in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception to Carol Phillips. He had worked for many years in electronics sales for various local stores and most recently he worked at the Burlington airport, retiring this year. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus 4th Degree, St. John Vianney Council 7525 where he served as the Faithful Navigator for two years. He was also very involved with the Tootsie Roll Fund Raiser Campaign and he had enjoyed portraying Santa Claus for several years for the annual Christmas Party for mentally challenged children.

He is survived by his wife, Carol E. Daley of South Burlington; four children, Kevin and his wife, Melissa, Daley of South Burlington, Timothy M. Daley of Boston, Mass., Karen L. Daley of South Burlington, and Kimberly A. Daley of Winooski; three brothers and their spouses, John and Sylvia Daley of Nevada, Robert and Lorraine Daley of Virginia, and Ronald and Monica Daley of California; also several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Ruth Morgan, in
1985.

Burial in Resurrection Park Cemetery.
