Annie Blankenship Jordan, 73, of 1358 Mabry Ave., SE, died today in a Roanoke hospital. Surviving are three sons, O.H., Rufus and Able L. Jordan, Roanoke; four daughters, Mrs. Lillie Clark, Mrs. A. C. Holdren, Miss Emma Jordan and Mrs. Pearl Bowles, Roanoke; 29 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and one brother, George Blankenship, Roanoke. Funeral will be conducted Tuesday at 2:30 pm, by the Rev. D. N. McGrady at Lotz. Burial will be in Mt. View. Pallbearers will be S. L. Blankenship, J. T. Minnix, Dennis Doss, Luther Schilling, J. M. Sink, and S. T. Combs.
Parents were Marcus L and Susan Blankenship. Husband was William Thomas Jordan.
