Marsha was a wonderful mother, an awesome sister & a great friend, she is greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Franklin Livingston; two daughters, Diane Wright and her children, Adeline and Gibson, of Michigan, and Revonna Bieber of Norfolk; her mother, Ruth Ann Baker of Michigan; her grandmother, Edith Lash of Michigan; her fiance, Gordon Bullock of King George; four brothers, Robert Whitaker of Maryland, James Whitaker of South Carolina, Joshua Blackfoot of Ohio and Daniel Ostrander of Michigan; and three sisters, Sherry Carsten of Michigan, and Shirley Bannister and Louella Peagler, both of South Carolina. She also leaves her cats, Crazy, Trouble and Friskie.
