Funeral services were Monday for
John H. Crone, 72, Delphi, who died
Friday, Feb. 1, 1980, at Home Hospital.
Lafayette, after a two month's illness.

Born May 28, 1907, his parents were
Henry and Zelda Fisher Crone He
married Kathryn Smith in 1931 at
Hammond, who died March 12, 1962.

He was a retired employee of
Aluminum Company of America.

Surviving are four daughters Mrs.
Billy (Patty) Draper and Mrs. William
(Judy) Maxwell, both of Delphi, Mrs.
Robert (Susan) Myers, Lafayette,
Kathy Schultz, Indianapolis; one son,
John H. "Bo" Crone, Walling, Tenn.;
one brother, Charles Crone, Brubank,
Calif; two sisters, Mary Hudson,
Delphi, and Goldie Scott, Monroe
Mich; 17 grandchildren and two great
grandchildren. One sister preceded
him in death.

Burial was in Masonic Cemetery,
Delphi. Thompson Funeral Home was
in charge of arrangements.
