Mangum Cleveland "Red" Lamb died Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at his home.
Mr. Lamb was a native of Miccosukee, where his father served as Postmaster for many years. He was a 1946 graduate of Leon High School, and retired in 1990 after more than 30 years of service with the Florida Department of Transportation. Survivors include his daughter, Linda Lamb Barfield (Bryan); three sons, Ricky Lamb, Terry Lamb (Elaine) and Randy Lamb Joy); three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Cook Lamb; and his parents, Herbert Ashley Lamb and Mattie Lee Britt Lamb.
