Jane "Marie" Bridges, 84, of Coleman, passed away Monday, February 8, 2010. Mrs. Bridges was born December 3, 1925 in Vicksburg, Indiana, moved to Coleman as a child and lived in Coleman for most of her life. She was a homemaker. She belonged to the First Baptist Church of Coleman and enjoyed gardening and collecting shells she found on the beach. Survivors include her daughter, Rita (Bennie) Thurmond of Coleman; sons, Benjamin Clifton (Joy) Bridges, III of Wildwood and Bill Bridges of Coleman; sisters, Frances Chambers of Ashville, NC and Joann Jennings of Ocklawaha; grandchildren, Brittany Bridges, Michael Bridges and Camryn Singleton and a great grandson, Ryder Bridges. Funeral services for Mrs. Bridges will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, February 13, 2010, in the First Baptist Church of Coleman. Interment will follow the service in Adamsville Cemetery
