Precilla Lee Clifton a Stillwater Nursing Center residence, died Tuesday Feb. 17. 1981 at Stillwater Medical Center. She was 91.
Services will be Friday in Reavis Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Robert Brown, pastor of the Church of God, officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Reavis Funeral Home.
Born April 2, 1889, in Waverly, Tenn., she was the daughter of Robert E. and Rachel Elizabeth Wall Evans. She came to Payne County with her parents as a child. then went to Sulphur Springs, Texas, in 1915, she came to Coyle in 1924 and moved to Stillwater in 1940.
She was a member of the Church of God.
She married Benjamin Franklin Clifton in Sulphur Springs. He predeceased her in death in 1956. She was predeceased in death by two sons, four brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include four sons, Roy 1305 S. Lowery, Andrew of Denver,Colo. and Joe Vernon and Dale Clifton of Colorado Springs; two daughters, Mrs. Pat Wilson of Tulsa and Mrs Noma Caddell of Amarillo, Texas; a brother, Floyd of Guthrie; a sister, Nola Courtright of Albuquerque, N. M.; 18 grand-children and 14 great-grandchildren.
