Sally Wilson was born on April 16, 1789 in Sullivan, Cheshire County, New Hampshire. Her parents were Daniel Wilson and Abigail Morse. Sally married Roswell Nims on January 01, 1810 in Sullivan. They had ten children named Charlotte Wilson, George Washington, Roswell, Abigail (Mrs. Benjamin E. Webster, widower of her sister, Emily), Chester, Emily (Mrs. Benjamin E. Webster), Sally, Almira (Mrs. Charles J. Wilder), Samuel, and Amanda (Mrs. Dennis Hubbard). The Nims had a farm on Beech Hill in Keene, Cheshire County, New Hampshire (the house still stands). Sally died on October 24, 1857 in Keene and is buried next to her husband at the Washington Street Cemetery.
