Bobby Harold Crandell, 49, died Feb. 23, 2004.

He was born in Winslow and raised in Heber. Bobbie attended elementary school in Heber and graduate from Snowflake High School in 1972. He then became a truck driver. Bobby drove truck for 26 years, in 1995 he was tried for being away from his family so he quit Fry's and moved to Heber to be with them. In 2002, Bobby began working a Bison Ranch taking care of the animals, and was the handyman there.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Cheryl Crandell; their four children, Clint and Jennifer Crandell of Show Low (their three children, Tyler, Emily and Rachel), Wendall and Charis Crandell of Thatcher (daughter, Mikayla), Jamie and her fiance Monte Reidhead of Heber (their boys Tyler and Bobby), Mark and Amanda of Overgaard (daughter Destiny); his parents, Jay and Charlotte Crandell of Heber; brothers and sisters, Margaret Ann (James) Rhinehart of Show Low, Chester (Alice) Crandell of Heber, Claudia Cochran of Overgaard, Yevet (Reg) Tenney of Taylor, Mary Jane (Gerald) Williams of Fruita, Colorado.

Bobby will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Feb. 26 at The Heber Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Interment will be in the Heber Cemetery.
