Mr. Curley was born March 15, 1908, at Napa, Calif., and died Aug. 16 at North Bend. He was a resident of the Bay Area for 72 years, and worked locally for a number of years as a meat cutter and later as a longshoreman. Mr. Curley enjoyed fishing, hunting and the outdoors and was a member of the North Bayside Grange.
Survivors include his wife, Olga Helen Curley of North Bend; daughters, Patricia Frizzell of Coos Bay, Jeannie Weeks of North Bend; brother, Emroy Curley of Junction City; sisters, lucille Ristola of Coos Bay, Emily Glisan of Klamath Falls; and one granddaughter.
