OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)
Funeral services for Sherman Bolinger, 39, former Wabash tree surgeon, were held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Jones Funeral Home with Rev. John Smeltzer, pastor of the Church of the Brethren officiating . Burial was made at Falls Cemetery.
Mr. Bolinger died Saturday forenoon at the State Central Hospital at Indianapolis, where he had been a patient for the last 14 months.
The decedent was born in Wabash Dec. 12, 1899, the son of Lewis and Caroline (Schultz) Bolinger, and lived in this community throughout his life. He was unmarried.
His mother preceded him in death a year ago today. Survivors include the father, two brothers, Clarence of Wabash, and Arthur of Fort Wayne; as well as three sisters, Mrs. Della King, Wabash, Mrs. Blanche Godfory, Peru and Mrs. Eva Bolinger, Indianapolis.
