dated: 28th October 1890
Henry Hull aged 53 years, a resident of the town of Quimby, county of Cherokke, State of Iowa declares he is the identical Henry Hull who was enrolled on the 17th day of Oct. 1861 in Co. G 13th Iow Vols Inf. re-enlisted in same Co. & Reg't Vet Vols Feb 20 '64. Honorably discharged at Louisville, Ken. 21st day of July 1865. That he is unable to earn a support by manual labor by reason of Rheumatism, and gen. debility. Also being crippled, only having half a heel on my left foot.
