Funeral service was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, 18 APR 2009, at the First Baptist Church in Booneville with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
He is survived by one daughter, Donna Christwell, from Springfield, Missouri; a son, Kenneth Gay, from White Pine, Tennessee; two sisters, Ina Slocum from Booneville, Arkansas, and Wanda Jones from New Lenox, Illlinois; two grandchildren and two stepgrandchildren.
