GENEVIEVE LA MERE ANDREWS, wife of Jerimiah, Pioneer resident of Stevens Point, Wisconsin died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Robert Juchen, 325 Mc Cullogh St. (2041) Rev. E. Croft Gear of the Episcopal church officiated at the funeral, burial took place in the Union Cemetery beside her husband and son Henry James. Born 1852.
Pallbearers: F. M. Glennon, Robert Rowe, John Hebal, and J. J. Empey. Honor pallbearers, James Bremmer, J. Brawley, Adolph Cook, Charles Whittaker, Joseph Piette and A. J. Aldrich, all Veterans of her husband in the Civil War.
Their children: Ruth Godin, wife of Sol, Clara Shepreau, Effie R. wife of Adolph Shaurette, David, Sadie Dixon, Pearl Horst and Frank. Ruth was born 1858, Clara, born about 1862 and Effie, born about 1865, Pearl, born about 1887 and Frank, about 1892. Genevieve Andrews sisters were Ann Le Mere and Mrs. George Sutton. Jeremiah Andrews was born in New York and had a daughter Nettie born about 1868. Dave Andrews and his wife Celina had a son Fred H., born about 1899 and a daughter Evelyn born about 1901. Died, 16 May 1920.
