Joseph C. Nolan, a maintenance engineer, died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2000, in Montgomery Hospital. He was 55.
Mr. Nolan, of Conshohocken, worked for the Blue Bell Post Office for 30 years.
He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Nolan attended Conshohocken Schools and Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
He was a member of the King of Prussia Fire Co., and enjoyed golf and other sports.
Born June 24, 1945, in Norristown, he was the son of the late Joseph and Marion (Rodenbaugh) Nolan.
Surviving are two daughters, Adrian Bergan of Conshohocken and Rachel Kephart of Bridgeport; a brother, Thomas of Conshohocken; two sisters, Laura Higgins and Patricia Harrison, both of Bluff City, Tenn.; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the William A. Moore Funeral Home, 708 Fayette St., Conshohocken.
Interment will be in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
