She was the first wife of Joseph DeRosia, and also the mother of his children. Joseph is also buried in Riverside Cemetery.

Mrs. Joseph DeRosia, 53 of 150 West Gogebic Street, died suddenly at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon while visiting the Frank Niemzyk family on West Pewabic Street.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday morning at 9 at the St. Ambrose church by the Rt Rev. J.B. Moriarty. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. [She is buried in Block 29 - Lot 125] The remains will be taken to the family home Saturday afternoon.

Mrs. DeRosia was the former Alice Mae Neville. She was born in Ironwood March 20, 1893, and as a child was taken to proctor, Minn. By her parents. She was married there November 26, 1919, to Joseph DeRosia, and they moved to Ironwood. Besides her husband, Mrs. DeRosia leaves six children, Ernest at home, Mrs. A. L. Malinowski of Ironwood, William, Joseph Jr. Barbara, and Patricia Marie , at home. She also leaves her mother, Mrs. Ernest Neville of proctor and three sisters, Mrs. O. W. Johnson of Proctor, and Mrs. H. J. Hughes and Mrs. Michael Kelleher of St. Paul.

FUNERAL Mrs. Joseph DeRosia: Funeral services for Mrs. Joseph DeRosia were conducted at 9 Monday morning at the St. Ambrose Church with the Rt. Rev. J. B. Moriarty officiating. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery. The pallbearers were Ernest and William DeRosia, sons of the deceased and Donald Hughes, Erwin Fitch, George Delongchamp and William Rondeaw.

Out of town persons attending the funeral were Mrs. Mary Neville, Mr. and Mrs. O. W. Johnson, Mrs. May Armstrong, Mrs. J. B. Eales, Miss Corrine E. Eales, Rhonda E. Sylvester, all of Proctor, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs Michael Kelleher, Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Hughes, Donald Hughes and R. Swartz, all of St. Paul; Thomas Desordie, Superior; Mrs. LeRoy Fitch, Erwin Fitch, Mrs. Leonard Oborsky, daughter Katherine, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest DeRosia, all of Minneapolis; Mrs. Mayme Forest Duluth; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Dennis, Saxon; Ed Antilla, Paynesville; Michael DeRosia and Mr. and Mrs. S. F. Laberdie, all of Wakefield.
CARD OF THANKS: We wish to thank our friends, neighbors and relatives for their kindness and sympathy in our bereavement, at the death of our dear wife, mother, sister and daughter.
