Anna was born in Czechoslovakia. She married John Cooney around 1886. They had about 6 children.
She died at age 76 of General arterio sclerosis, Cardiac decouperation, terminal pneumonia.

Mrs. Anna Cooney
Buffalo, O., May 11--A lingering illness resulted in the death of Mrs. Anna Cooney, 84, at her home here Friday, 9:30 p.m. She was the widow of John Cooney, Jr., and had resided in Buffalo for many years. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic church, Pleasant City.
Surviving are three children, John Cooney, Jr., Mrs. Susan Duerr and George Cooney, Canton; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
The body was removed to the Herlan funeral home and will be taken to her late home Saturday night. Funeral services will be conducted at St. Michael's Catholic church in Pleasant City Monday morning, 10 o'clock, by Rev. Father Joseph Hunchak. Burial will be made in Pleasant City cemetery.
