Janice Edna McIntosh, 36, died Wednesday.
She was born Feb. 4, 1962, in Barstow, Calif., and was a 16-year resident of Las Vegas.
She is survived by her husband, Donald; sons, Brian and Dustin; and father, Johnnie Moorehead, all of Las Vegas; mother and stepfather, Jeannette Inman and Emerson "Sleepy" Inman, both of Florida; and brothers, Jeff Batiste of Florida and Tracy Moorehead of Merritt Island, Fla.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Copper Crest chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with burial will in Bunkers Memory Gardens Memorial Park. Bunkers Eden Vale Mortuary handled arrangements.
