Amos, Oscar Delmore - funeral services will be conducted in the Memorial Chapel at Greenlawn Mortuary Monday at 10 a.m. for Oscar Delmore Amos, 81, of 205 South Lakeview, who died May 26 in Bakersfield. Interment will follow in the Garden of Roses section of Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mr. Amos was a native of Arkansas and had lived in California and Kern County for 25 years. He was an ordained Baptist minister. Formerly he had been a maintenance man for Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Survivors include his widow, Linnie Bell; three sons, Jefferson Monroe and Maxwell Elisah of Bakersfield and Paris Delmore of Southern California; two daughters, Mrs. Annie Hill of Bakersfield and Mrs. Elsie Poe of Pearland, Texas; 17 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
