Mary Elizabeth Effinger, 90, of Blacksburg, died Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at English Meadows. She was born in Montgomery County, Virginia on September 19, 1915 to the late Lacy Andrew and Sallie Austin Lovern.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Effinger.
Graveside services will be conducted Friday, June 16, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the Westview Cemetery Blacksburg with the Rev. Reggie Tuck Officiating. The family would like extend a special thank you to the staff at English Meadows.
