"Lonnie Nicholson, 58, of 312 Perrydale Ave., Medford, died at a local hospital Nov. 28. He was born in Clayborn County, Ark., on June 17, 1898.

Survivors included his wife Ethel Nicholson, Medford; four daughters, Mrs. Oma Haiden, Mrs. Margie Payton, both of Stinesville, Ind., Mrs. Ruth Porter, Medford, and Cathy Ann, at home; four sons, Max, Medford, William, stationed in Mountain Home, Idaho with the Air Force, Lonnie Odell and Larry Gayle, both a home; three brothers, Avery, Marshall and Edward of Indiana, three sisters, Mrs. Hurley Gretchfield [should be Critchfiled] of Indiana, and Mrs. Mildred Dart, Michigan; 21 grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held at Perl Funeral nome Tuesday at 1:30pm, with the Rev. Darold Jones officiating. Interment will be at Siskiyou Memorial Park."
