Mrs Omega Gentry Patton, 57, died in Raleigh, NC Thursday night. Funeral services were held at the M E Church here Sunday afternoon with burial at Odd Fellows cemetery.
Her husband, David Patton, died 8 years ago when she removed to North Carolina. Until that time she had spent her life here.
Surviving children are Mrs Arthur Grogan and P B Paton, Cookeville; Brusher Patton, Nashville; Mrs E A White, Ellington, Ga; Misses Kathleen and Marie Patton, William, Bryna and Beecher and Mrs J J Kelley of Raleigh; brothers Emmett, Tribune, Ks; Rev O P, Monterey; Wade, Dubar, Okla; Burch, Baxter; sisters Mrs Irene Maynard, Silver Point; Mrs W M Mahler and Mrs V A Burgess, Baxter.
She was a member of the Baptist church.
