Age 95, of St. Clair, died Feb. 6, 2002. Miss Balfour was retired from the St. Clair School system after teaching for over 35 years, and was a member of First United Methodist Church, St. Clair. She is survived by her brother, Robert Balfour of Ohio; sister, Margaret Weinland; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services were held in First United Methodist, with the Rev. Douglas Trebilcock officiating. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair. Arrangements were made by L. C. Freiderichs and Son Funeral Home, St. Clair.
