Boy Discovers Man's Death When
He Stopped To Inquire
A construction worker and former farm laborer was found dead in his trailer home near Urbana late Wednesday afternoon by a school boy who had stopped to ask about the man's condition knowing he had been ill.
The dead man was identified by State Police as Anges G. Brown, 61. Dr. B. O. Thomas Sr., county medical examiner, who was called to investigate, attributed death to a cerebral hemorrhage.
The body was discovered about 4:30 by Raymond Eugene Geisler, high school student, who was returning to his home on the Dr. Perry Road from school, who stopped to see the man. The Dr. Perry Road is about one mile south of Urbana.
Brown's trailer was a short distance back.
Geisler told State Police he talked to Brown in the, morning and said he (Brown) had complained of numbness in the left leg and arm. The boy said he offered to get a doctor but Brown refused saying if he did not feel better by evening the boy could call then.
Brown was a farm laborer and more recently had engaged in construction work.
