William H. Calimer, 88, Waynesboro, died at 6:55 p.m. Thursday at the Waynesboro Hospital. He had abeen in failing health for several years and was confined to the hospital for the last two weeks.
Mr. Calimer was born at Old Forge, May 9, 1883, a son of the late John H. and Charlotte (Cozar) Calimer. All his life had been lived in the Glen Furney area.
During his active life, Mr. Calimer had been employed in farm work in the Waynesboro and Fairfield areas.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Grace Monn of Greencastle, and two brothers, Christopher Calimer and Daniel Calimer, both of Waynesboro. Also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews. Burial was in the Harbaugh Church Cemetery.
